RallySport Direct proudly carries quality performance and aerodynamic components brought to you by APR Performance.

This is the APR Performance Vortex Generator. Other than a cool race-inspired look, these actually serve a purpose. For those of you equipped with a larger rear spoiler, or even a rear spoiler with a smaller profile, this generator will help channel the air coming over the roof so that the air will hit the top surface of your rear spoiler to add a little more downforce and aerodynamic refinement. This is why you see some of these equipped from the factory on certain makes and models. Now you have access to the same technology with a nice carbon fiber touch.

DETAILS:

• Made using quality carbon fiber materials that will come in a glossy finish
• Designed to reduce drag and turbulence to improve the downforce on the rear wing
• Installs on the rear section of your roof
• Comes with double-sided tape to make for a simple installation

NOTE:

• This will fit ALL 2015 – 2016 WRX / STI models and 2017+ WRX Base / Premium models with the standard 6.2″ Starlink Radio
• This will NOT fit models with the 7″ Starlink radio

ALL 2015-2016 WRX & STI models CAN use this vortex generator.

• 2015-2016 WRX
• 2015-2016 STI
• 2017+ WRX Premium with STANDARD 6.2″ Starlink Radio

APR Vortex Generators help to guide the air flow on cars with very steep drop-off angles between the roof and the rear window. Air flow has a tendency to become turbulent as it separates from the surface of the car in this region. This turbulent air causes drag and reduces the effectiveness of a rear wing. The APR Vortex Generator helps to reduce drag and improve the effectiveness of the rear wing by delaying the air flow separation and reducing turbulence.
