Biltwell – Bonanza Solid Helmet

Biltwell’s Bonanza Solid Helmet is that clean, no-nonsense lid you grab when you want classic style, a low profile fit, and real protection every time you fire the bike.

It uses an injection-molded ABS outer shell over an EPS impact liner with a hand-sewn, quilted Lycra interior so it feels plush against your head but still shrugs off day-to-day abuse. Simple D-ring closure, quality edging, and Biltwells paint work keep it looking good season after season.

Why We Like It

We like the Bonanza because it nails that old-school vibe without feeling like a toy. The liner actually feels good on long rides, it doesnt wobble around in the wind, and the finish looks way more expensive than the price tag.

Why Itll Work for You

If you want a straightforward DOT-approved helmet thats comfortable, easy to live with, and works for everything from quick town runs to weekend blasts, the Bonanza checks all the boxes without overcomplicating anything.
