Cardo System Packtalk Edge ORV Bluetooth Headset

Built for riders who go beyond the pavement, the Cardo Packtalk Edge ORV is made to handle mud, sand, snow, and everything in between. Its powered by 2nd-generation Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC) letting up to 15 riders connect seamlessly across a 1-mile (1.6 km) range with crystal-clear audio and automatic reconnection when someone drops out of range. No phone signal, no problem its pure helmet-to-helmet communication.

The Air Mount magnetic system sn aps the unit securely to your helmet in seconds, and its fully compatible with Cardo EDGEPHONES (sold separately), letting you swap between your helmet and headset setup effortlessly for UTVs, side-by-sides, or trail comms. The IP67 waterproof design shrugs off dust, rain, and river crossings, while Sound by JBL speakers bring premium, detailed audio whether youre talking, listening to music, or following GPS.

Over-the-Air software updates keep it current without cables, and Natural Voice Operation means you never have to fumble for buttons just say Hey Cardo and it listens.

Why We Like It:
This setup is built for real-world off-road riders. It stays connected through tight trails, harsh weather, and long rides, and its one of the easiest systems to mount and use. Pairing it with the optional EDGEPHONES is a game changer you can take the same system from your helmet to your UTV in seconds without rewiring or swapping components.

Why Itll Work for You:
If youre new to communication systems, the Packtalk Edge ORV makes it easy to stay connected without using your phone or relying on cell service. The mesh network creates a direct signal between you and other riders, so you can talk clearly even in remote areas. If someone rides out of range, the system reconnects automatically when theyre back nearby no settings or re-pairing needed.

The speakers built by JBL deliver clear sound for conversations, music, or GPS directions, and the voice control lets you manage everything hands-free. Its fully waterproof and dustproof, so you dont have to worry about weather or terrain, and the Air Mount lets you move the unit between helmets or attach it to optional EDGEPHONES for use in a side-by-side or UTV. Its also a great setup for spotters working with riders or drivers giving you instant, clear communication while keeping both hands free. Whether youre on a dirt bike, ATV, or out guiding a friend through a tricky section, its a straightforward, dependable system that keeps everyone connected in real time.
