Fly Racing Kinetic Lite Helmet

The Fly Racing Kinetic Lite Helmet is a full-coverage motocross helmet built to deliver modern styling, solid protection, and everyday comfort. It uses a lightweight polymer shell paired with a dual-density EPS liner to balance impact protection and wearability for moto riding, practice days, and regular track use.

Why We Like It

This helmet hits a nice balance between cost, comfort, and function. It feels light once its on, the airflow works when youre moving, and the fit is more precise than you would expect thanks to multiple shell and EPS sizes. It is comfortable for long motos and does not feel bulky or awkward on your head.

Why Itll Work for You

The lightweight shell helps keep the helmet from feeling heavy on your head, which can reduce neck fatigue over longer rides. The ventilation system moves air through the helmet once youre riding, helping manage heat and airflow. The removable liner and cheek pads absorb sweat and can be washed, so the helmet stays comfortable and fresh over time.
