MK7 GTI Rear Balance Tuning
The MK7 GTI’s front-wheel-drive configuration means rear bar tuning affects handling balance differently than on a rear-drive car. A stiffer rear bar on a FWD car increases rear roll stiffness, which can reduce understeer tendency and sharpen turn-in by allowing the rear to participate more actively in weight transfer. The effect is particularly noticeable on smooth track surfaces.

Three Adjustment Positions
The three positions give you meaningful range — from a modest increase over stock to a significantly stiffer setting for track use. Start with a middle position and adjust based on how the car feels.
